think it over
think it over and over
re-think
re-think it over
re-think it over and over
but don't think too much
or you'll fry it up.

now or never
inevitably in life there are moments of now or never. It's the moment you can't get rid of in your mind, that moment when you knew (and maybe only YOU knew) that it was possible to do something. But if ever in your life you were going to do something, it would be that moment.
When we look closer to that moment, we start to realize a few things.
1. if you question yourself too much about something, it means you have to do it.
2. if it is fear, that stops you from doing it; remember:
'I must not fear,
fear is the mind killer,
fear is the little death that brings total obliteration
I will face my fear,
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
and when it has gone past
I will turn the inner eye
to see it's path
where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
only I will remain'
3. Nothing is permanent
4. the mind has no mind.
It is only by increasing inner-contact that one realizes the power that lies within.

buraco negro
To be into the plans of the mind is rather interesting. It is only when you do so, that you understand how powerful consciousness really is. It's pretty interesting to see on the screen about quantum mechanics or how you can change the life around you with your thoughts, or even that the 'secret' is thinking something real hard and it will come to life.
But if one takes consciousness seriously, one realizes that the power of now is concentration. That true decisions must be taken within an honest self, a white light of decisions. The rest is just sit down, kick off your shoes, lean back and enjoy the ride.
consciousness can only be the ground of all existence once it is realized.

dragged

I've recently signed a 40hs contract and I'm about to start into a new journey. I yet don't recognize how this new routine is gonna be like, but I understand the implications of it. I'm counting on saving more money with this and hopefully manage to get a nicer place to live, with more financial freedom. So far, so good, han? Well, not really.
I feel this 40hs, spread all over my weeks; go bit by bit pulling me apart from myself. I don't really want to go into the concept of 'self'' right now, but what I mean is that it pulls my self apart... I inevitably start to live the dream and not dream the dream - if you know what I mean.
I feel my mind during my hours of work to function in a different way. The mind is awake, quick and focused like most of the time but the frequency is somehow 'lower'. Maybe because of my surroundings, and the people that create this surroundings, are definetly not awaken... or enlightened, or self-aware, or conscious - but rather self-dependent, self-addicted, shallow, fake, conspiring, and so on and so forth...
Anyways, the point is the more my mind is exposed to it the more it is tested. I understand when I'm going through some hard moment, WHILE I'm in that moment I realize it and rely on my mental abilities to really go through it without affecting my humor, or my language, or even the work I am doing at that moment.
I am externalizing this thoughts so I can make them more real to me, nice of you to read. ;D

A roar of approaching cataracts

Creativity is the principle of novelty. Creativity introduces novelty into the content of the many, which are the universe disjunctively. The creative advance is the application of this ultimate principle of creativity to each novel situation which it originates. The ultimate metaphysical principle is the advance from disjunction to conjunction, creating a novel entity other than the entities given in disjunction. The novel entity is at once the togetherness of the 'many' which it finds and also it is one among the disjunctive ' many' which it leaves; it is a novel entity, disjunctively among the many entities which it synthesises. The many become one, and are increased by one. In their natures, entities are disjunctively 'many' in process of passage into conjunctive unity... Thus the 'production of novel togetherness' is the ultimate notion embodied in the term concrescence. These ultimate notions of 'production of novelty' and 'concrete togetherness' are inexplicable either in terms of higher universals or in terms of the components participating in the concrescence. The analysis of the components abstracts from the concrescence. The sole appeal is to intuition.
Novelty Theory suggests that on December 21st, 2012 AD, at the coincidence of the moment of the solstice and the heliacal rising of the galactic center, levels of planetary novelty will exponentially increase. Theory does not make clear the nature of the ultranovel event, however. Speculation as to the nature of the encounter with the trans-dimensional object at the end of time includes the following:
- Historical Metamorphosis
- Hyperspatial Breakthrough
- Planetesimal Impact
- Alien Contact
- Solar Explosion
- Quasar Ignition at the Galactic Core
- Metamorphosis of Natural Law

Plant your own, do it yourself
This is a picture of my babies at 3 weeks blooming. It made me wonder how we design our realities as we wish. Planting your own maria is like a declaration of independence. Is saying: "i want to do it because i believe in it".
do it yourself, create your own reality, plant your own.

Higher consciousness or just true being?

Also called super consciousness, Buddhic consciousness, cosmic consciousness and God-consciousness, Christ consciousness -to name but a few--are expressions used in various spiritual traditions to denote the consciousness of a human being who has reached a higher level of evolutionary development and who has come to know reality as it is. Evolution in this sense is not that which occurs by natural selection over generations of human reproduction but evolution brought about by the application of spiritual knowledge to the conduct of human life. Through the application of such knowledge (traditionally the preserve of the world's great religions) to practical self-management, the awakening and development of faculties dormant in the ordinary human being is achieved. These faculties are aroused by and developed in conjunction with certain dispositions of character such as patience, kindness truthfulness, humility and forgiveness towards one's fellow man – qualities without which higher consciousness is not possible.
The concept of higher consciousness rests on the understanding that the average, ordinary human being is only partially conscious due to being under the sway of inferior impulses and preoccupations. As a result, most humans are considered to be asleep (to reality), even as they go about their daily business. Gurdjieff called this ordinary condition of humanity 'waking sleep' an idea gleaned in part from ancient spiritual teachings such as those of the Buda. In each person lie potentialities that remain inchoate as a result of the individual being caught up in mechanical, neurotic modes of behaviour where the correct use of energy for personal spiritual development has not been understood but is squandered in unskillful ways. As a result of the phenomenon of projection the cause of such a person's suffering is often seen to lie in outer circumstances or other individuals. One prerequisite for the development of consciousness is the understanding that suffering and alienation are one's own responsibility and dependent on the mind's acquiescence (through ignorance, for example). Traditionally, both in the Eastern and the Abrahamic spiritual traditions a person who sought mind-body transformation came under the tutelage of a Master (Rabbi, Sheikh, Guru, Acarya, etc) who would oversee their progress. In the past, as today, this education would often involve periods of retreat in communities whose sole purpose is the cultivation of awakening.

BrainWave Synchronization
Brainwave synchronization (entrainment) may be achieved when audio signals are introduced to the brain causing a response directly related to the frequency of the signal introduced, called binaural beats. Two tones close in frequency generate a beat frequency at the difference of the frequencies, which is generally subsonic. For example, a 500 Hz tone and 510 Hz tone will produce a subsonic 10 Hz tone, roughly in the middle of the alpha range. The resulting subsonic tone may affect the state of mind of the subject. The "carrier frequency" (i.e. the 500 Hz in the example above), is also said by some to affect the quality of the transformative experience. Although some studies have reported that these frequencies do provide help in treating certain medical conditions, there is not a wide acceptance by the medical community to adopt the practice of brainwave synchronization for emotional/mental disorders. The fixed, constant frequency of the synchronization is less helpful than techniques such as classical neurofeedback or learning meditation, which naturally generate brain wave frequencies that differ from person to person and may vary from minute to minute.

More real than real
In the Amazon and other places where visionary plants are understood and used, you are conveyed into worlds that are appallingly different from ordinary reality. Their vividness cannot be stressed enough. They are more real than real, and that's something that you sense intuitively. They establish an ontological priority. They are more real than real, and once you get that under your belt and let it rattle around in your mind, then the compass of your life begins to spin and you realize that you are not looking in on the Other; the Other is looking in on you. This is a tremendous challenge to the intellectual structures that have carried us so far during the last thousand years. We can do tricks with atoms, there's no question about that, but these tricks immolate us. The higher-order structure of molecules, let alone organelles and that kind of thing, is intellectual incognita to us. We have no notion of how these things work or what is going on. Yet it is from those levels that the constituent modalities of reality are being laid down.

O que fazes por sonhar é o mundo que virá
To be is to dream.
Get your mind around the fact that you are your own reality-making-machine. Everything that you are about to do is coming from your dreams, your wishes, your thoughts. Anything you idealize will come true. It might not turn up how you imagine but it will turn up.
As simple as that, as complex as that.
To be is to dream.

Guru Padmasambhava's Guru Yoga

Last night, 5am, was Guru Padmasambhava's birthday.
Celebrated by Guru Chogyal Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche through a worldwide transmission (broadcast through the web for practitioners) it was the first initiation ceremony held on the web.
However, there were some problems with the transmission and it was not running 100% - still a great date celebrated by all Dzogchen practitioners.
To be remembered...

Zeitgeist, The Movie [2007]

www.zeitgeistmovie.com
I watched it today and it seemed very reliable and honest. It made me more aware of the strategic planning of the US for the war and economical, political, social expansions.
It made me wonder if it is all going to come together by 2012.
Definetly worth watching it.
Monistic Idealism

Monistic Idealism is a recently new concept; it claims it is not only "the basis of all religions worldwide" but also the correct philosophy for modern science.
In contrast to materialistic conventional science, he claims that universal consciousness, not matter, is the ground of all existence, in congruence with mystic sages.
Consciousness, deemed as the precursor of physicality, arises from conscious observation through a process intimately connected to wavefunction collapse in a quantum measurement. Once the assumption that there is an objective reality independent of consciousness is put aside, the paradoxes of quantum physics are explainable. 'Amit Goswami'
On-line communities

I'm currently developing a project with online communities.
The main idea is to gather up as many serious people as possible and concentrate all flux of information to see if it really makes a difference. The field is pretty clear: entheogens. The purpose is also not a secret: to transcend into hyper-space and begin a 4D (possibly a 5D) connection with other human beings. There are strong evidence that this must be done by December 21st, 2012.
The main community is FACEBOOK (facebook.com) in which the public is mostly americans and canadians. I believe with time people from all over would join in. ORKUT seems very weak in content (too many brazilians) and the technology is inferior.
I have started owning a group of 270 members called Psychedelia and recently associating it with another group called Ayahuasca (with 100 members). Concentrating 400 people is a good size for me, so far.
I will try to use this blog for conclusions and follow up of ideas and results. I'll also add interesting things related to entheogens, ethnobotanics, ethnobiology, shamanism, quantum world [mechanics, physicis, healing] and other eventual topics I find interesting.
